Refund policy

Delivery

Who wants to wear a garment that's been sitting around in a plastic bag for who knows how long?! We certainly don't! So as a way to make sure everything is fresh (as well as reducing waste and protecting the environment) all of our orders are printed from scratch. This means each order takes between 3-5 working days to complete before we post it out to you. Please bear that in mind when ordering. If your order is urgent then you can message us on the chat and we can see if we can get it out quicker to you. This will all depend on how busy we are.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the email receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at team@somethingaboutelizabeth.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you the address to return the items to. We will not take responsibility for any items sent back to us without first requesting a return.

The postage costs for returning your garment needs to be covered by the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way is to email us at team@somethingaboutelizabeth.com to let us know of your intention. We can then discuss your query and advise on the best next steps.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We can not control the amount of days it takes for the money to come back into your account.  We will endeavour to process the refund as quickly as possible on our end however the speed all depends on how quickly your bank or credit card company processes it.
